These general terms of use govern the terms and conditions of access to and use of www.cidif.cl, owned by Forcast, located in Las Condes, Santiago, Chile (hereinafter, "Forcast"), which the user of the portal must read and accept in order to use the site and all available services.

These terms govern access to and use of the portal, including the content and services made available to users, whether by the portal, its users or third parties.
3. Amendments
The company reserves the right to amend the general terms of use of the portal at any time. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically, as they may change.

The user must comply with the established terms and conditions at all times. The user expressly states that they will use the portal diligently, assuming any liability that may arise from breaching these rules.
5. Liability of the portal
The user acknowledges and accepts that the portal provides no guarantee of any kind, express or implied, regarding the data, content, information and services incorporated into and offered through the portal, except where the law expressly provides otherwise.

The portal collects the information users provide through browsing and the use of application and résumé forms. This is used to analyze trends, identify content of interest and generate opportunities, safeguarding the data in accordance with current legislation.

All content, trademarks, logos, drawings, documentation, software or any other element protected by intellectual or industrial property law accessible on the portal belongs exclusively to the company or its legitimate owners.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Chile. The courts and tribunals of Santiago shall have jurisdiction over any claim.
