Law 20.241, known as the "Ley I+D" (Chile's R&D Law), allows companies to recover up to 35% of their investment in research and development through a tax credit, and to treat the remainder as an expense necessary to generate income.
We support you through the entire process with CORFO: we classify your R&D activities, prepare the notice of intent, write the forms and manage the application until the tax credit is certified.
The service includes
- Technical report classifying R&D activities, with strategic recommendations for a project eligible to apply to CORFO.
- Financial spreadsheet of the activities in CORFO's format, ready for the Ley I+D application.
